The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were equipped with modern amenities but felt a bit dated for the price. The service from the staff was friendly and professional. The location had its advantages, although some aspects needed improvement. The dining experience varied from limited options to excellent customer service. The hotel has easterly views of marshland but the rooms were really grubby and not ready at 2pm. The party noise went on till after 1 am both nights, which was a bit of a letdown. The location seemed neglected and needed attention with a terrible smell lingering. The dining experience had its ups and downs with one embarrassing and overpriced meal but some redeeming qualities. Overall, there were mixed feelings about the stay.
The hotel rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds, but could benefit from a bit of cleaning or upgrading. The service was a mix of helpfulness and misinformation. The location, while close to everything, needed some attention. The dining was average overall. The facilities were decent.
